Review by hotel critic
Our family trip to Balneo Complex was a mixed bag. The hotel has potential, especially for families. We enjoyed the spacious apartment, perfect for our little one and the big bathroom was a definite bonus. The kids' animation team kept my daughter busy with various activities, which I appreciated as a parent. While the food was decent, I noticed the selection lacked flair, especially at dinner time, with limited meat options. Breakfast often ran short on supplies, and we had to wait for restocks, which was a tad frustrating. The spa and pools were clean, although the outdoor pool was disappointingly murky. Though we made some cherished memories together, and I had hoped for a repeat of my previous experience, the hotel doesn't quite live up to its former glory. It might be an option for families, but I'd personally be cautious about returning.
